Profile - Qualified lawyer (France or other EU jurisdiction) or equivalent international law background. - Knowledge of French legal systems as well as UK/US legal systems - 4–10 years' experience in commercial contracting (services, tech, consulting, or life sciences), ideally international. - Fluent working in French and English; Italian or Spanish a plus. - Strong drafting/negotiation skills for complex, high-stakes agreements, with the ability to manage a high volume of matters under tight deadlines. - Solid understanding of corporate governance, cross-border operations, GDPR/IT/SaaS/cloud, and matrix or PE environments. - Organized, autonomous, pragmatic; integrates smoothly into existing teams and reporting lines. - Curious and proactive, comfortable in fast-moving, innovation-driven settings; solution-oriented and self-sufficient in resolving day-to-day issues. Role Evolution - Reporting to the Regional Legal Director, this role will grow with PLG's global expansion. Depending on your expertise (IT/data, compliance, regulatory, corporate law), you may take ownership of specific domains and lead improvements in legal tools and processes.
